PRN FAQ:
What is the status of your organization?
PRN Alumni Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
Who is on the board?
The board is comprised of former employees of Paisley Park and Prince. Those individuals, who worked closest with Prince, often on a daily, around-the-clock basis, have formed a foundation with a unified purpose of continuing Prince’s legacy of social justice and charitable giving.

Photos can be found on our Gallery section under NEWS & UPDATES on our website. Some of these photos are available for downloading.
Is there a process for applying for grants?
Yes, we have a process in place for programs and initiatives to apply for grants. Organizations need to meet our criteria and be in alignment with our mission statement, which is the continuation of Prince's legacy by serving underprivileged youth to grow in music, arts and education or urban farming initiatives. They must go through an application process.
Alumni members in need, must also apply as well to be considered for a grant.
Do you have a priority program or initiative you hope to fund?
Our priority programs and initiatives are those that fit within the criteria of our mission statement which includes programs for underprivileged youth in music, arts and education, urban farming initiatives and help for alumni members in-need. Those programs that Prince supported are among our priority. A list of programs and initiatives we are starting to fund is available on our Giving page.
I'm hosting an event and would like to donate proceeds to foundation. Is that ok?
Some global friends and fan groups have graciously donated proceeds from events and fundraising to help us further our mission. We'd love to hear about your event and community and thank you for including us. Please get in touch with us at events@prnalumni.org.
Do you ever need volunteers at PRN Alumni events?
Yes, if you’d like to volunteer for upcoming events, email us at volunteer@prnalumni.org. Please send us your information and where you’re located so that if we have an upcoming event in your city we can contact you with further information.
Is anyone getting paid from this?
No, everyone involved in PRN Alumni Foundation are doing so on a volunteer basis. They are generously volunteering their time, talent and resources to continue Prince’s giving legacy.
MERCHANDISE FAQ:
What is the exchange/return policy for apparel?
We guarantee satisfaction. You may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a return or exchange. All items must be unworn and in saleable condition.
You may exchange apparel orders under the following circumstances:
- Unsatisfied with the quality of the material
- Order is damaged*
- Ordered the wrong size
- Order was not as expected or pictured
How long does it normally take to receive our products?
Fulfillment and shipping normally takes between 10 -14 days. Please allow for that time frame, even when priority shipping is selected.
Are you planning on releasing any other products?
Yes. We will continue to introduce new products and merchandise that support our mission and continue a legendary purpose.
